The Restaurant Bar “A Lagosteira”, established in 1985 by Bernardino Martins Alves, continues to be a reference on Portuguese gastronomy. Located in the centre of Algarve (Albufeira - Açoteias) this refined space guarantees to all who visit it a quality of superior service.
In the menu, you can find several dishes of Portuguese and international traditional cuisine, with a highlight to shellfish kept in an aquarium. Fresh fish, delivered every day, and first quality meat are grilled in charcoal and elaborated with Algarve and Mediterranean aromas.
To accompany the meals, “A Lagosteira” presents its clients with a wine menu of election, selected from its own wine-cellar, where it can be found real jewels of National wine heritage, from Old Reds of superior quality to rarities sold-out in the origin.
Good mood is also part of restaurant service, which secure unforgettable moments for its clients. Inside, or in the esplanade, and throughout all year, live music entertainment is constant and diverse, as well as the organization of birthdays, business dinners, group dinners or banquets.
We also have a private parking, an easy handicap access and a playground (so that you can fully enjoy your meal, while your children play).
Gifted with an excellent team of professionals, and with a permanent restaurant and kitchen service from 10h to 24h, “A Lagosteira” is a space where all clients are satisfied. And for those who prefer to taste their meal at home, the restaurant also has a Take Away service.
